The library of the Museum curates books, periodicals, and audio-visual information on ceramics, art, and museum studies. All collections are open to the public, for on-site access only. Paid photocopying service is available.

The restaurant on the B1 floor is operated by Ikari Coffee, offering 152 seats. The restaurant provide an elegant environment for visitors to enjoy meals and refreshments while immersed in the beauty of ceramic art.
